Coventry Alvis And Christ The King In Charity Cup Semi-Finals

Coventry Alvis and Christ The King have booked their place in the Coventry Charity Football Cup Semi-Finals.

Coventry Alvis travelled to Folly Lane and the MFL side took an early lead through Palmer. The Lane levelled thanks to a free kick but Alvis were back in front in the second half when Dickens scored.

The Coventry Alliance side went down to ten men and before a Smith goal gave Coventry Alvis a 3-1 win.

Christ The King won 4-1 at Triumph Athletic with Atkins scoring for Triumph whilst a new date for the Copsewood(Coventry) V Coventry Colliery game was postponed due to an unfit pitch.
